It is designed to provide you with a climate of well-being (sauna, large walk-in shower, spacious rooms and relaxation area in the garden), while maintaining proximity to various points of interest. The 65m2 accommodation has a large suite with a bathroom where you will enjoy a traditional red cedar wooden sauna and a very large walk-in shower. The living room and its fully equipped kitchen have all the comforts with its sofa-bad of 160x200, its modular table (up to 6 people) and its very large 65-inch TV (Netflix available). You will find in the kitchen a Nespresso machine with offered coffee. The house has a terrace with a table and a barbecue, but also deckchairs where you can relax in a very green and calm area. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has wifi. It is located 50m from a modern swimming pool where, in addition to swimming, you can enjoy a gym, a hammam and a spa. A completely secure and closed car park (with camera) is also available where you can park two vehicles. The house is semi-detached with the house of the owners who are keen to receive you in the best conditions. Guest access Vehicle access is via a large motorized sliding gate (4 meters wide), and pedestrian access via a lockable gate. A large secured car park (camera) is available where you can park 2 vehicles. Access is shared with the owners. Other things to note The guest house is located 35 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport, 10 km from the Stade de France, 18 km from the Arc de Triomphe and 30 km from the Château de Chantilly. A bus stop 2 minutes from the house will allow you to reach the Hippodrome d'Enghien Les Bains or Ermont-Eaubonne stations in a few minutes, where a train will take you to the Gare du Nord in 15 minutes or to the Saint Lazare station in 23 minutes. You can also enjoy the Casino of Enghien Les Bains, but also country walks in the national forest of Montmorency located just 5 minutes by car.
