Guest access Keyless entry to entire home called Grace's Place. This home is on the same property as our home. We will see each other. If you are coming to be quiet and find peace and solitude we can provide that for you. There are two separate homes on the property. Your booking includes the smaller home , and the other home may be rented to a separate guest. Shared spaces include the driveway, pool area, and outdoor grounds unless otherwise arranged. All my guest are respectful. Feel free to ask if main house is rented before you book. Other things to note The Southern Sycamore was built from a dream—to create a beautiful space where families can gather and celebrate together. While our main house and event spaces are available for rent separately, this listing is for Grace’s Place at The Southern Sycamore—a cozy home that serves as our Lounge, kitchen, and bathrooms during events.
