The space The property is a completely renovated 2,000 square foot 3 bedroom/2.5 bath contemporary home, set on 2.5 acres of rolling green fields in a tranquil country setting. A wraparound deck provides easy access to outdoor dining and lounging. Throughout the home, you’ll discover tasteful original art and reproductions curated to inspire. The living room features a large flat screen TV w/ Netflix, Prime, Hulu w/ ESPN+, Disney, and AppleTV. You will also find a record player, bluetooth streaming, state of the art sound system, and double sided fireplace. The mezzanine library is stocked with books about local history and art. The modern kitchen is equipped with new appliances, including a professional 4-burner gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker/milk steamer, kettle, blender, refrigerator and freezer/ice maker. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor. Each bedroom has been designed with style and comfort in mind, and features plenty of closet space. The 2 full bathrooms have walk-in showers and Hansgrohe fixtures. The high speed WIFI is consistently strong throughout the house and deck. You will find the space to be quiet, very clean and comfortable, close to the many cultural and dining attractions of Hudson, with easy access to skiing and hiking in the Catskills and Berkshires. Guest access This home is easily accessible on Amtrak to Hudson, or a convenient 2.5 hour drive from NYC or Boston. The entire grounds are for the sole use of guests and there is plenty of free parking on the property. The house is a short drive to major attractions such as Olana and Art Omi, in addition to the shops and dining in Hudson. Other things to note My friendly and responsible niece Jasmine lives locally and can answer any questions you may have about the property or the area when I am not available. Absolutely no pets can stay at our house. We have serious pet dander allergies. Our house is not child proofed - no children between 2-12 can stay at our house safely. A house manual notebook can be found at the house and will contain information on how to operate the electronics, along with a guest guide book with recommendations on where to dine, and what to do/see in the area.
