Sweet Magnolia Escape is a place to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. Minutes away from downtown FWB, Okaloosa Island, & Destin! Perfect escape for couples, families, friends and fur-babies. The space Escape to a cozy coastal retreat with a boho-chic style! Just 1 mile away from the gorgeous white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. First floor boasts with charm as you enter to a welcome sign with information for your visit. Living room is the perfect place to relax, Smart HDTV, Bar Cart, Board Games, & electric fireplace. Kitchen has french door fridge with an ice maker, stainless steel cookware, blender, mixer, & coffee maker. Half bathroom has a washer & dryer available for your use. Head to the backyard and enjoy the fresh coastal air or make a meal on the charcoal grill. If you are need of some fresh herbs, please enjoy snipping some from our potted garden at your leisure for your tastebuds enjoyment! At night enjoy two different fire pits lined with seating. (Firewood Provided) Sweet dreams can be had upstairs, where you will find 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in-closet, and private bathroom. Head down the hall for another full bathroom and two more cozy bedrooms. Second bedroom has a queen bed with Zen atmosphere. Third bedroom is office/bedroom with 2 twin beds (trundle style), desk, & chair. Work comfortably as we provide you a mouse, keyboard, monitor, & laptop stand. Just connect your laptop via HDMI cable (provided). As we are a kid & fur-baby friendly home: we have pet bowls, dog toys, dog bed, pack-n-play (located in master bedroom closet), pack-n-play sheets (located in linen closet), & high chair (located in first floor hall closet). (Pet Items are stored and taken out prior to your pet's arrival) (Pet fee will apply) The perfect getaway with its convenient location and Zen atmosphere! Guest access Guests will have access to the main house and backyard. Garage is locked and not accessible by guests. Other things to note Due to tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests, however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to get away from the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control.
