Incredible space to rest or work, enjoying the city and nature simultaneously with utmost privacy. Enormous individual room with its own bathroom in one of the best areas of Mexico City. Beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking the city and park. Prime location with cozy cafes, restaurants, and bars just steps away. Major avenues nearby, close to WTC, Plaza Patriotismo, and Polyforum Siqueiros cultural center. Everything you need within walking distance. The space Shared apartment with only myself, individual room and bathroom, access to all common areas. We are located on the 4th floor with elevator or staircase access. There is a security camera at the main entrance of the apartment. Laundry room with washer/dryer available. The building does not have a doorman or amenities. There is normal street noise, mainly from vehicles, but the neighborhood overall is very peaceful, family-friendly, and pet-friendly. We have 200 Mbps WiFi. Full apartment cleaning service once a week with the option to request additional cleaning if needed. Guest access Access to the building is only through the main entrance, using a key that I will provide you with. The apartment has 2 keys for entry, and it's essential to always keep it locked for our safety. You have your own pantry space and refrigerator, with access to all utensils for eating and cooking. If you need anything extra, let me know, and we can try to arrange it. You are welcome to enjoy the living room and dining area; the space is spacious for your comfort if you wish to work or relax outside of your room. Smoking is prohibited in the building and apartment, but you can use the balcony with an ashtray or go outside to the street. During your stay I live in the apartment and have a work schedule during which I am absent, but I will always be available for anything you need. In the evenings and on weekends, I am usually at home, and I enjoy chatting and socializing if you'd like. I would love to do so.
