In Mils (15 km from Innsbruck) stands this beautiful, approx. 650-year-old Tyrolean farmhouse. The listed house looks romantic from the outside and the mountain panorama in the background makes this gem a special eye-catcher. Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings. The space - In the bedroom, a cozy box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) awaits you. - The living room is equipped with a large sofa bed and a TV. Here, as can already be seen from the outside, the architectural style of the 1400s is again evident. The characteristic wooden beams with the 1.80 m high ceiling, combined with the cozy tiled stove, transform the living room into a cozy oasis of well-being. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment - In the bathroom/toilet there is a walk-in rain shower. - In the entrance area, there is a separate anteroom with a wardrobe. - The kitchen is fully equipped. - The kitchen leads to a newly built and covered terrace with beautiful views of the Nordkette. - In a small storage room (can also be used as a ski/storage room) there is a washing machine with dryer function. - One free parking space is available right next to the house.
