"Come stay in one of our Vacation Homes by MR Florida Vacation! Spacious 6BR/5BA villa in ChampionsGate Resort — ~10 mi to Disney, ~19 mi to Universal. Layout: king bedroom on main floor; upstairs king ensuite, two queen rooms, and two themed twin rooms (Mario & Star‑inspired). Private screened pool & spa (hot tub), game room, fast Wi‑Fi, smart TVs, full kitchen, washer/dryer & parking. Oasis Club access: lazy river, water slide, splash zone, resort pool/spa, gym, courts & tiki bar. The space "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Self‑catering: We provide a starter kit for day 1 only (shampoo, body soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pod, 1 roll paper towel, basic toilet paper, trash bags). Please plan a grocery stop for additional toiletries and food. • Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned and inspected before check‑in; fresh sheets and bath towels are supplied. We do not supply washcloths or pool/beach towels—remember to pack your own. No daily maid service. • Mid‑stay clean (optional): – Up to 5 bedrooms US $150 per visit – 6+ bedrooms US $200 per visit Service includes new linens, fresh bath/hand towels, bathroom & kitchen refresh, dusting and floor care. • Rental agreement : A rental contract must be e‑signed. • Online purchases / deliveries: You may ship packages during your stay. Most resorts do not accept USPS; use UPS, FedEx or DHL. Some communities charge a handling fee or hold items at the clubhouse. MR Florida is not responsible for lost/returned parcels. • Extra charges: Missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, loose trash, or violation of house rules will result in additional fees. CLUBHOUSE Our Resort has clubhouses with a huge swimming water area; make sure you visit them. The Retreat club is located at 9035 Leopard creek Dr The Oasis club at 1520 Oasis club Blvd. Clubhouses are open from 9am-9pm. PARKING Please use our house's driveway to park your cars. Don't park over the grass, and don't block the walkway. Please check with the front gate guards about additional parking options. To promote safety and ease of access throughout the community, please remember: Vehicles parked on the street must face the correct direction (passenger side to curb). Please do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, mailboxes, or access points. Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas. Fire lanes, fire hydrants, and other restricted zones must remain clear. Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas. Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed. To help enforce these rules, the Association may utilize a towing service. Vehicles that are in violation may receive a notice and, if not corrected within 24 hours, may be towed. Some situations may require immediate towing such as: Parking in a fire lane Blocking a fire hydrant Obstructing entrance or exit gates Creating an immediate safety concern • Pool heat – US $40 per night (entire stay). Request at least 48 h before check‑in. Heater is heat‑exchange; max 90 °F and not effective in very cold weather. No refund if water does not reach personal preference. Spa will heat only when pool heat is hired • BBQ grill – Rental US $100 per week. Request 48 h before check‑in. Fee covers delivery and cleaning; propane refill is guest's responsibility (if the tank is full on arrival, feel free to use it). Use at own risk; guests are liable for any damage. • Trash service – Daily pick‑up. Place tied 12‑13 gal bags inside the front‑door bin. Fees apply for excessive or loose trash; overflow can be taken to the community dumpster. • Pool instructions – Remove toys after use.
