This newly renovated condo is situated just steps from a private fishing pier with lounge chairs and a view of the Sarasota skyline. This tranquil setting is perfect for dolphin and manatee sighting, kayaking, or relaxing. The condo is centrally located with just a 5-minute walk to Siesta Village and a 12-minute walk to beach access 5. The space Two Master suites on separate floors make this a perfect place for a family of four or two couples to share. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space for long stays, a small balcony and TVs. The washer and dryer are located off the upstairs master. The kitchen has everything the chef in your group needs to entertain, and some of the best restaurants are just down the street. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool, the fishing pier, kayak launch, and the lawn. The lawn features plenty of space for lawn games and a hammock. It's the perfect spot for a picnic! As much as we love dogs, they are not permitted in common areas. Other things to note While two dogs are allowed, they need to be approved on a case-by-case basis.
