You'll have access to on-site indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts and exercise facilities. Come enjoy some fresh mountain air! The space The condo is spacious and spread out over 3 levels. The main level features a large mud room, an open concept living and dining room with full kitchen. The upper level offers a master with a full bath, and a loft with a second living area. The lower level has a bunk room, a queen room, a full bath and laundry room. There is a private balcony off of the main level with slope views Guest access you’ll have access to the entire condo and Village of Loon Mountain swim and tennis club. Due to HOA policy, guests cannot use the grill as it is on a balcony. Other things to note there are exterior stairs to get up to the unit. This unit is not pet friendly, but owners dog does come along with them, so this should be a consideration for anyone with allergies PARKING there are two parking spaces.
