Penthouse w/ terrace

Our 100m2 family apartment is located in Los Remedios elegant neighborhood of Seville, in a quiet area next to the Parque de los Príncipes (about 100 m). Triana neighborhood at 1km. Historic center at 2km. Good transport connections: Metro Parque de los Príncipes at 350meters, and bus stop at 50 meters. Plus: The terrace, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. It has awning in the table area. For 6 guests, here you will have an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 9th floor. It is a residential building with a quiet community in which it is necessary to be careful with the noise (parties or events are totally forbidden). As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a spacious living - dining room area with sofa, TV and dining table - the kitchen open onto the living room - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 king-size double bed 180x200 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) * 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 single beds of 90x200 and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub - 1 complete bathroom with shower with curtain (no shower screen). Access from both the main bedroom and the living - dining room. - a laundry room - a private furnished terrace with access from the living room. The house is modern, although it is furnished with antique furniture and paintings that give it a unique style. It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay for the guest. Please note: -the double bed consists of two 90x200 mattresses. They are joined together by the bed bases. They are always left together and used as one double bed. -as it is located in a central street, the flat can be a bit noisy, especially during the week of La Feria festival (the third week after Easter, from Tuesday to Sunday, both included) Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is air conditioned and heated by 4 split air conditioners with heat pump in the living room and in all bedrooms. The bedroom with king size bed has a ceiling fan that works with a wall control. In addition, to heat the space, you will have at your disposal two portable electric radiators. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. If you come by car, it is possible to drive up to the door of the building and park to load/unload luggage. However, parking on the street is not easy to find and there are zones with variable timetables. The closest car park to the flat is: Parking PARKIA Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before.
