Lake Manitou Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this scenic lakefront cottage. Situated on the shores of crystal clear Lake Manitou this incredibly private 3 acre property features both magnificent sunrises and beautiful sunsets. This property is a perfect spot for a relaxing retreat and has direct lake access in 2 locations on the property, quiet campfires and no city lights to hide the magnificent starlit sky. The space The property is very private and sits on a point at the end of the road. It is 3 acres on mostly flat land with a mix of trees and large grassy areas suitable for sports if so desired ( eg. badminton, soccer etc). However, sports equipment is NOT provided. The cottage has a great room with combined kitchen, dining and living rooms. The oval dining table seats 6. There are 2 water entrances, one rocky and the other sandy. Swim slippers are highly recommended. 2 kayaks and 2 life jackets are provided. The 2 bathrooms have shower stalls but no bathtub. Guest access The entire cottage is accessible for use by renters (via stairs) except: -locked closet in master bedroom -old house trailer on property is strictly off limits Other things to note Baseboard heat is available only in the Master Bedroom and Main Bathroom. The rest of the cottage does not have heat. The great room and all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
