Stylish and spacious home close to Sunset beach and the Seawall, Davie Street, Yaletown, the Financial District, Robson Street, and English Bay. A sunny 1 bedroom corner unit with floor to ceiling windows and designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The condo has a fully equipped office and is perfect for those looking for a getaway or travelling on business. The condo is idea for couples or professionals. The space Spacious and newly renovated, the unit comes with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and a home office. There is high speed internet and sonos speakers in the main living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, including a SodaStream and Nespresso coffee machine, in suite washer/dryer, gas stove, and dishwasher. In addition to the main bedroom (with queen bed) there is a fold out chair-bed in the living room. There is a 2 person limit, however 2 adults with a child may be considered. There is a Peloton bike in the corner of the living room. If you have your own Peloton shoes you are welcome to use it. The building has a small gym on the lobby floor you can also use. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment as well as the gym in the building. Other things to note As the building is in downtown Vancouver, there will occasionally be some traffic noise. The dates of your stay, name and number (and license plate number if parking is required) are required to be provided to the building management in case of emergency. Proper recycling is a building by-law requirement. There are recycling bins located in the back of the building with signage clearly indicating where hard plastic, glass, paper and food/organic waste is to go.
