The villa is designed around a fabulous swimming pool with 1,500 mt² of tropical gardens located at the heart of a coconut grove The space The main part of the house comprises a large indoor living room with a fully fitted American style kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedrooms with 4 beds and walk-in wardrobe, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets, and a second outdoor living and dining room on the covered veranda, leading onto the garden and swimming pool with BBQ. The guest bungalow has 1 double bed + 4 beds, with separate bathroom and toilet. Water is supplied by a high performance filter system.
