I live upstairs but you will have your own entrance w/keypad, as well as one off street parking space. The backyard is also yours! I rarely see my guests unless they personally ask to meet me. I respect my guests’ space. This apartment has a large bedroom, small living area with 50” TV, & full bath with a mini fridge & free laundry. I have shower items too! Pack light! This basement apartment has one bedroom and a living room area with oversized coffee table to have takeout dinner at. It has a 43” smart tv and streaming services. The bedroom has a 32” smart tv as well. It has its own private bathroom that has free laundry, single cup coffee (with a couple coffee cups and k cups provided) and mini fridge. Entire basement access. Guests also have backyard access, which is the only place where you may run into me tending to my vegetable garden, flowers, or lawn. I don’t use the hot tub June-Aug, but I tend to it and keep it maintained for guests to use in the summer. There’s also one off street parking spot for you in alley equipped with motion lights and a well lit path to your door. I’m only here if you need me. My home is almost 100 years old. It’s very solid. Before moving to the United Kingdom, my daughter and her partner lived downstairs, and we rarely heard each other. But, I am available if you do need anything! Just message me! Kenwood neighborhood, steps away from beautiful, historic Potwin. Enjoy the brick circle streets and giant Victorian homes of Potwin Place directly to our west. This historic neighborhood cannot be beat at the holidays. Enjoy a neighborhood that still comes together for parades and ice cream socials. This neighborhood is very well known for their amazing festivities during Halloween and Christmas time. It can not be beat! G’s frozen custard just blocks away has best homemade ice cream ever! You have an off street parking spot in the back, accessible from the alley. This location is very close to I-70. You can get anywhere in Topeka in minutes from this central location. Hospitals are a short walk or 1 minute drive. Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk or couple minute drive. NOTE: There is a short flight of steps to go downstairs. It is not wheelchair accessible. PARKING:If you have a car too large for the parking space (or you have trailer), you can park on street & walk down driveway and across deck to your door.
