Moin! My beautiful old building apartment where I live is close to the Schlump subway station with bus stops. There is a cafe right next to the house. The Sternschanze is a 10-minute walk. Eimsbüttel and the Grindelviertel are also within walking distance. IMPORTANT: I charge the tourist tax of 3 euros/night on site. I can issue a visitor parking permit if you arrive by car. This costs €3/day The space It's a room in my apartment. The curtains are for darkening the room in front of the window. The bed is 1.60 meters wide. Storing suitcases after check-out is not possible with me. The room cannot be locked. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. We share the bathroom.
