What makes this a stay to remember: 2 minutes to I-95 10 minute Bicycle ride to the Shops of San Marco Watch the FL sunshine disappear, wine in hand in the privacy of your café-themed patio. The space This is our home and we put love and care into every inch of it, inside and out. The main two bedrooms are straight down the hall, back left & right. There are two camping cots in plain sight, in the garage if extra accommodations are needed. The room on the left (opposite the bathroom) is our office, we do not wish to have it disturbed. This is the only area we wish for our guests to respect as not part of the deal. This is our primary home, there is a dedicated work space in one of the bedrooms. We work from home after your stay and works starts at 10:30 am. We hope you will remain cognoscente of these facts. We love nature and if you couldn’t tell, we take great pride in our foliage(indoor and outdoor plants alike). If you are staying for more than a night, we would love for you to pick up a hose and quench their thirst but we also recognize this is beyond an ask of y’all on our part. This said, please let us know either way and we will be happy to have a trusted individual water them regularly( of course with advanced notice to you from us or the persons). We also love animals and have a black cat(Midnight) and an Orange Tabby Kitten(Garfield) who may or may not show their tails. Please do not be alarmed and don’t worry about feeding them but we just wanted you to know they are super friendly and love pets from all peoples. At the end of the day, we ask for you to treat our home with the same respect and love you would want us to treat your home. If that doesn’t work then just be a Daggum Decent Human Being! We’re all trying to make a path for ourselves and life has enough surprises, SO DON’T BE ONE!!! Guest access Every part with the exception of the room opposite of the bathroom. THANKS!!! Keypad code + operation: - Pull the bottom lever down to clear the code - Punch in 1986 - Pull the top lever down and out to open - Grab the keys and press the bottom-middle lever again to clear the code - Punch in 1986 and pull+hold the top lever until you close the box. Kitchen+Garage Fuses: Both flip easier than the others in the house. Built in the 1940’s… Just head to the breaker box in the kitchen, to the left of the fridge and you’ll see the flipped breaker is lite-up or towards the off position. Flip the breaker off, count to 5 and then flip it on again. Thank you!
