It is not set up for car storage or heavy equipment, and the door has been insulated to create a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a mini-split AC, a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV, creating a versatile space perfect for relaxation or accommodating an additional guest. Embrace the unique charm of our transformed garage during your stay! Friendly Note: Your safety is our priority! For your protection, we have ring cameras outside in the pool area and by the entrance. Always take precautions when using the kayaks, the dock, the pool, or hanging out by the canal. We recommend wearing life jackets for a worry-free kayaking adventure. Pool Heating (Optional Add-On) Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $25 per day (recommended during cooler months). • Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival • Minimum of 2 consecutive days • Heater raises temperature approximately 10–20°F above outdoor temperature • During colder weather (below 60°F), the pool may not reach desired warmth • No refunds due to weather conditions Pool heating is usually not necessary during warmer months.
