Downtown Boothbay Harbor, 2-Story Cottage

Charming, spacious 2-story cottage located at 40 Oak Street in Boothbay Harbor (google map address and select 'street view". Cottage is up the hill behind gray house) 5-minute stroll to the harbor, restaurants and shops, the house has high ceilings and a comfortable bed. 2 Adirondack chairs in front with an amazing view of historic Oak Street. There is a small patio area in back with bistro table and grill. There is only 1 parking space. We upgraded our cleaner who caused 3 negative reviews. The space 2nd floor loft is an open space with a bathroom and shower. Kitchen and TV are located on the first floor Guest access Small outside patio with a table and chairs , and a propane grill. Other things to note Please note: 1)There is no dishwasher. 2)We do not provide toiletries for the shower. 3)There are no partial refunds for minor house issues. A small % of people bring up minor issues to prompt a partial refund. 4)You may have to clean the grill before using it if the prior guest did not clean up after use.
