Featuring 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, private courtyard and onsite community pool (open from October to May) Aigéan is situated close to the heart of Nelson Bay and less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The space Featuring 3 bedrooms, comprising a master suite with king size bed, en suite and private balcony, a queen and twin room and separate bathroom with bath and shower there is room for everyone. Downstairs the comfortable lounge dining area includes a library and work area (photos to come), family friendly kitchen and private outdoor entertaining area. A secure estate with onsite pool, BBQ area and grassy play areas make Aigèan the perfect choice for a getaway or a holiday. Your pets are also welcome and the property has a good sized enclosed courtyard, with easy access to dog friendly beaches at Bagnalls Beach and Shoal Bay beach at the Tomaree Lodge. All linen and towels are provided so what are you waiting for? Your holiday starts with booking now! We have a regular powerpoint in the garage (private) to charge an EV. Message us before arriving so we can make sure it’s accessible to you. Guest access The house, gardens, carport abs driveway are all accessible for guests. The locked garage is not part of the listing. There is a lock box at front and back. Please return as you find them. The pool key is only in the front lockbox(normally but previous guest may have switched). Other things to note Please no cats as we have native birds on the backyard and we have cat allergies. The community pool is accessible for guests only. We only have one key and it is normally in the front lockbox, but check the other key if the key you have doesn’t work. We regret that community bylaws prohibit guests having parties or hosting others in the pool area. Please note that the pool is accessible from October to May. There is one parking spaces at the back of the property - a carport and driveway - which are accessible via Seaspray Ave. other parking is at the front of the property. The single garage is private and is not accessible. We do access the garage from time to time and will endeavour to do so without disrupting you. Bin night is Thursday night so you may see us taking the bins out at this time. Registration Details PID-STRA-49131
