Located right on the Miramichi River, this cottage, with over 650 sq feet of space has everything you would want for a very private, peaceful setting. Wifi included! This 2 bedroom cottage can sleep 4 comfortably has a open living room/kitchen area and is fully equipped to serve all your needs. Full 3 piece bathroom. Pets welcome but this is a shared space and dogs should be on a leash when outside if other cottages are out. Absolutely no pets on the furniture The space 10 acres of property, with brook running through on one edge of property, walking paths through woods with over 500 feet of river front, this is one of the best areas of the river to fish for the famous Atlantic Sea Bass. Large porch facing beautiful view of Miramichi River. There is also another identical cottage available on the same property, Kapusta Sunset Guest access Easy access to river 3 kayaks available for your use Other things to note 2 campfire available for use. This is a shared property with one other cottage, and 2 seasonal campers on the property. Please note that any visitors that you have must obey by all rules as well, and visiting hours end at 10:30 pm. They are not allowed to stay overnight under any circumstances, unless by permission of owner. Also, Coffee makers (drip and Keurig) are provided but we DO NOT provide coffee
