The space The Rustico Costa D'Oro is an old stable from 1859, renovated as a dwelling in 1968, in the middle of a heroic Prosecco DOCG vineyard. We maintained a simple, traditional style. The Rustico is now available for those who want to take a break from everyday life and the usual routine. As the house is in the middle of an active vineyard, there may be workers in the vineyard during the day. They don't bother, but there may be interactions. The house has a kitchen with a functional fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a comfy sofa and wicker chairs. The panoramic terrace on the vineyard has a breathtaking view, and is equipped with a sofa, and stools. Pets are welcome with a surcharge. Access to the house is via a narrow dirt road of 200 meters to the gate. The entrance to the gate is large and allows you to turn around comfortably. A CAR is necessary. Guest access The house is 80 m2 and guests have access to the entire property and the surrounding garden. The fireplace inside the house and the outdoor fireplace are functional and available for grilling. Arriving by car is the only way, there are no means of transportation.
