Step back in time at this gorgeous 3 bedroom stone house in the heart of a medieval village. Casa Madonna has every amenity you’ll need to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy 360* views of Caccamo, it’s castle and surrounding mountains from the spectacular rooftop! Whether your goal is to rest, relax, work or play, Casa Madonna has you covered. Rest in it’s comfy beds, relax on the rooftop, work efficiently with excellent Wi-Fi throughout or find your way to the Mediterranean Sea in 15 minutes. The space Casa Madonna has 3 floors of living space plus a spacious rooftop terrace. You will enter from the top floor which has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom/bathroom and access to the rooftop terrace. The next floor down has a living space with a sofa and TV/game area on one side, plus a queen size bed looking out towards the hills on the other with it’s own bathroom. It is divided by a custom shelf which allows light throughout the large room. It is the perfect room for families where children can sleep on the sleeper sofa while parents enjoy the large bed with views of the nearby hills and ancient church. The bottom floor is a large open room with a queen size bed and game table. Each bedroom has its own full en-suite bathroom. All 3 bathrooms have their own water heater, rainfall shower heads and luxurious large cotton towels. All 3 beds have 2 duvets, one for each guest. NOTE- reservations for up to 4 people will have complete access to the rooftop terrace, the top two floors with 2 beds/2 baths, kitchen, tv and game room. The bottom floor with extra bedroom and bathroom is for reservations for up to 6 people. (If you have four or less people in your group but wish to have access to all three floors, there will be an additional fee of €20 per night) The rooftop terrace has three areas to relax and enjoy the views. Comfortable wicker seating with room for 6-8 people, a large dining table and an intimate lounging area with chairs for 2. It also has a large pergola which covers the dining table and wicker sofas. It makes warm summer days very comfortable, where you can enjoy lunch or relax on the sofas in the shade. Guest access For groups of up to 6 guests, you will have full, private access to all 3 floors of living space in addition to the rooftop terrace. For groups of up to 4 guests, you will have full, private access to the top two floors, including the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, TV and game area plus the rooftop terrace. (If you have four or less people in your group but wish to have access to all three floors, there will be an additional fee of €20 per night) Other things to note For couples with small children, Casa Madonna is equipped with every convenience.
