Three Spaniels' holiday lodge with hot tub

All the comfort and convenience of a brand new static caravan in the peace and tranquility of the countryside - no other caravans in sight! Enjoying it's own private garden, with decking and a private hot tub, our static caravan offers a supremely comfortable master bedroom with an ensuite loo, a twin bedroom, family shower room, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a light and airy living room. Dine outside enjoying beautiful views of our land and the valley. On site bar open to guests. The space Our brand new static caravan is sited all by itself in a garden of it's own. Enter into the kitchen and dining space, turn left to the open plan living area or right into a bedroom and bathroom accommodation. You'll find the family shower room on your right, a twin bedroom on the left and the master bedroom with en-suite toilet at the end of the corridor. Outside there is decking to the front to the North West and East of the caravan where you'll find outdoor dining furniture and of course, the hot tub. Guest access You'll need a car to make the most of our wonderful area. We're just a 20 minute drive from the pretty seaside town of New Quay and the coast road will take you on to numerous other beautiful sandy beaches and the coastal path. Parking on site is easy - there are two spaces directly outside the caravan and further parking available just a short walk down the hill on our yard. Other things to note We do not have a designated Electric Vehicle Charging point but we can provide an extension lead for a standard 3 pin plug. The charge for this is £15 per overnight charge.
