Newly built contemporary mountain architecture one level condo. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom with all the amenities you would need for your stay, including a private HOT TUB on deck. The condo is situated 3km (3min drive) to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, and 4km (6min drive) to downtown Revelstoke. This condo includes modern fixtures and conveniences and parking: private garage, and a visitor space. There is also a private heated gear room for your ski's and boots and other gear. The space With an ideal location, bright living space, Canadian-themed décor, and outdoor hot tub, our comfortable, modern condo is the perfect place for making vacation memories. This newly constructed, contemporary condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and comes with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Special extras include locally roasted coffee for you to enjoy, and a hot tub for relaxing after a day of hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring. Our condo is minutes away from Revelstoke’s outdoor recreation areas. A 3-minute drive takes you from your door to Revelstoke Mountain Resort (home of North America’s largest vertical), while a 6-minute drive takes you to restaurants and shops in downtown Revelstoke. During your stay you’ll have the condo to yourself, making it perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or for friends travelling together. Our condo is a modern condo unit with all-new fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving. Forget about climbing stairs, this apartment is all on the ground level (including the hot tub on your outdoor deck). We can't accept reservations from people that have trailers, or snowmobiles as we just don't have enough parking. Guest access Enjoy access to the entire condo, as well as a private garage, outdoor visitor parking, and a heated gear room for skis, boots bikes, and other stuff. Other things to note Travel insurance is a MUST! The highway may close due to avalanches, snow conditions, vehicle accidents, mud slides, flooding, etc. We will not reimburse your stay due to highway conditions. We provide bed and bath linens, as well as laundry detergent. Our kitchen is equipped with cookware, glassware, flatware, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Dishcloths and dishtowels are provided, as are paper towels. Feel free to use anything in the cabinets or the fridge. Families don't be shy – if you need a high chair or a pack and play, we can provide them! There’s no need to spend money to fly with them or pack them in your car. There is no housekeeping service during your stay unless you are staying a month, then a mandatory once a week tidy up will be required. NO SMOKING CIGARETTES, CIGARS, VAPING or CANNABIS on the deck/hot tub or in the condo. An automatic $1,000 fine will be added to your bill.
