At Marlène and Alex's Our farmhouse is located in a small hamlet between Niort and Poitiers. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with the possibility of loaning appliances not present in the accommodation a living room with TV and DVD player and board games for all ages a bathroom with a natural stone shower a toilet Upstairs two bedrooms with 160 beds a bedroom with a 140 bed a toilet and an office area With a 800 m2 garden The space accommodation equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living rooms and the 3 bedrooms. Guest access the cottage and its enclosed garden is located on our 2 hectare plot where we have a farmyard as well as dwarf sheep and goats that can be seen from the cottage. Other things to note bed, bathroom and table linens are provided and cleaning is included in the rental. I ask guests to remove the sheets and put them in the bathroom, put away the dishes and empty the garbage before they check out. The espresso coffee maker is a Tassimo.
