It has two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, parking for two cars, and is in a quiet neighborhood with everything close by. The space On the ground floor, you will find the bedroom, a comfortable living room, a dining room for 6 people, a TV, and an open, equipped kitchen with a service bar with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, coffee, oil, and salt.
