Discovery Bay is a gem of the California Delta River system; an ideal vacation destination for those who love being on the water. Our home is a water front property with amazing view of the Delta with access to its fast water. Bring your boat and tie it to our private dock. Our house is a 4beds/4baths 4159sqft, 10 beds with 2 full kitchens, wet bar, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, games, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, fishing rods. We are no longer renting our boat but we can refer Our vacation home is a whopping 4159 square feet water front property with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Featuring two full kitchens, a full wet bar, two family rooms/game room, a loft, a den, and our own private boat dock. The home Central Air Condition systems can be controlled independently for three separated zones of the house. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs next to the half bath. There are two gas fireplaces. One in the upstairs family room and the other is a double sided gas fireplace located in the master suite. We’ve designed this vacation home with two thoughts in mind: comfort and entertainment. All 4 sofa set are high end, custom made with queen size pull out beds. All the mattresses in the bedrooms are hybrid gel memory foams. We also provide guests with a toiletry starter kit: a pair of hotel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash gel for each shower. Hand soap bottles at all sinks. Adequate toilet paper and paper towels. Adequate amount of bath and face/hand towels. Extra bed linens, blankets, and pillows for the sofa pull out beds. For entertainments, we’ve provided large smart TVs throughout the house, with two beings 75”. Xfinity 500 Mbps high speed internet. The downstairs game room has a pool table, an air hockey table, a Tornado foosball table, and a foldable poker table and poker chip set. We even have a 3.6 feet Giant 4 In a Row and a jumbo size wooden blocks Jenga game sets. The best part are the water toys. We have several kayaks (single and double), 2 paddle boards, a 4 person paddle boat, and several fishing rods. We also have a natural gas BBQ grill, no need to worry about running out of propane! ***We are no longer renting out our pontoon boat. However, we can refer our guests to those who do pontoon boat rental. They can deliver the boat to my property and pick it up when done, making it extremely convenient and easy to rent their boats, and their price is reasonable. ***We require that guests of all ages to wear life jackets for all water activities. Our cleaners will need adequate time to ready the house. ***Our home is NOT suitable for pets ***One more important house rule, if my cleaners discover evidence of smoking (marijuana, cigarettes, cigar, vape etc…) inside the house, we will report the violation to Airbnb and request a $500 fine. Please keep the next guests in mind as we get a lot of same day turn over. We cannot get the smoking odor out in time for the next guests to check in. Please don’t ruin the experience for the next guests by smoking inside the house. ***Our home is NOT a good fit to host parties. Our neighbors are retirees and those who still have full time jobs. They are very nice and understanding as long as they are not disturbed; specially during city’s mandated Quiet Hours from 10pm - 8am Guest have access to the entire house and its amenities, all except our family pontoon boat. Please contact us with any questions or issues during your stay. We do have a local contract who lives about 20 minutes away from the property Quiet water front community Car or Boat *Discovery Bay Noise Ordinate - Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am * Our home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down. Thus, our home is not a good fit to throw parties as our neighbors are retirees and those who still have full time jobs. * Our home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products and 1 large towel and wash cloth per guest. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Laundry detergent is provided. Safeway is just a few minutes drive from the house. * We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges. ****Our home is NOT suitable for pets  *One more important house rule, if my cleaners discover evident of smoking (marijuana, cigarettes, cigar, vape etc…) inside the house, we will report the violation to Airbnb and request a $500 fine.
