It is higher up and only about 50 m from the Bosphorus, giving you a unique breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. It is located in a quiet area, on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, which can be reached from the street via a staircase with about 20 flat steps. The neighbors are usually working or traveling during the summer months. The apartment was renovated a few years ago and has been equipped according to the latest high standards of the EU. Floors, walls, ceilings, water pipes, power lines, apartment door, interior doors, windows, heating system are new. Interior design and furniture were mostly made to measure. The whole apartment is at your disposal. No one will enter the apartment except you. Other things to note The apartment has a smart home control, with the connection of lighting, heating, electric roller blinds and the bell. All functions can be controlled via the switches in the respective rooms, but also via the central screen in the living room. In the apartment there are 3 new Samsung air conditioners, in the living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. The apartment is not barrier-free.
