Entire 1st floor of a converted traditional stone house comprising a designer double bedroom, a siesta room with daybed and a large terrace that hosts a kingsize bed to sleep under the stars! Both the indoor and outdoor baths have spectacular sea views. A lower terrace provides a private plunge pool. Shaded and sun drenched garden terraces provide space beyond to explore. A place full of atmosphere, ideal for a discerning romantic couple or keen walkers. Not suitable for children / infants. The space This tranquil place has plenty of wow factor and is wonderful to chill out or celebrate. It offers a unique and magical experience. The space is secluded and private. You can hear the silence! All rooms face SW and look down onto an ancient Greek sunken harbour. The house is set in a lush valley surrounded by ancient olive groves and cypress trees in a garden of five terraces supporting vines, olives, figs, oranges, lemsons, apricots walnuts and kumquat. There are no roads between you and the beach. Just a delightful 10 minute walk through olive groves and farmed terraces. Usually you will have the beach to yourself to explore and the opportunity to swim and explore Greek ruins just below the water line. Guest access This is a home and we will be in residence, but the entire 1st floor suite of rooms and terrace is exclusively for your use. Similarly the plunge pool and its terrace is yours as required. We want you to feel that you have lots of space to enjoy. On your arrival we'll provide as little or as much information as you'd like on the best dining, drinking, shopping options and other attractions of the island, as well as introducing the facilities. We will serve you an extensive Continental breakfast on your own private terrace. You choose the time! In order to guarantee your exclusive experience, no other guests will be present. During your stay You are sole occupiers of the 1st floor and will be the only guests in residence. Other things to note Our privacy and seclusion is a thanks to our off road position.
