Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway, right in the heart of the historical Cathedral city of Wells. Fully equipped studio, with parking & outdoor dining, where you can enjoy stunning views of the cathedral and local parkland. The Annex is less than a 15 minute walk into central Wells, an 8 min walk to Cedars Hall performances at Wells Cathedral School and 2 miles from the Glastonbury festival. Please note a minimum of a two night stay at Easter and weekends from from May to Sept. TB The space The studio is approx 35sqm, with a king size bed, generous two seater sofa, 37inch TV, DVD player, Netflix and plenty of DVDs and books to enjoy. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, two ring induction hob, toaster and Nespresso machine. Tea, coffee & milk are provided. Outside there is a patio and small dining table and chairs, to allow you to enjoy stunning views of the Cathedral and Wells. Guest access Guests have full private access to the studio and ensuite. There is allocated space to park and a space to sit outside to dine and enjoy the view. Guests can follow the main path by foot or by car in and out of Stoberry park (surrounding gardens are off limits as they belong to our neighbours and are private) Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of £30 per stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead outside at all times as there are sheep in the park throughout the year. Please note that for Easter, bank holiday weekends and during the months of May, June, July, August and Sept a minimum of a two night booking is required at weekends. For the Glastonbury Festival (end June) a minimum of a three night booking (Thurs, Fri and Sat) is required. Local taxis can be booked for late eve returns and there is a limited bus service from Wells.
