Comfortable king bed with lots of pillows, a sound machine, and a twin day bed, with a twin trundle bed. It is one of three units that share a free laundry room and parking. Quiet neighborhood on the north east part of town, close to KSU, downtown and the lake. The space This is a one-bedroom apartment inside a single-level home. The home has been converted into three apartments that share a laundry room. The yard is spacious and has plenty of parking. It is well-lit and has security cameras for your safety and comfort. Unit A has a comfy king bed, with extra pillows and blankets, along with two twin beds, one of the twins is a day bed and the other is a trundle. There is table and chairs for all four guests, and both rooms have a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower, and plenty of hot water, there is a hair dryer plus soap, shampoo, and conditioner and other toiletry items, if you forget yours. There are 2 55" TVs with HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, and more streaming channels. The kitchenette has a Keurig with pods for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, an upright refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. We even have a corkscrew and wine glasses. There is plenty of closet and dresser space for longer stays or just to hang up those nicer outfits. The shared laundry is free to use and has an iron and ironing board. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether for a day a week, or a month. Quiet, residential neighborhood on the northeast side of Manhattan. 3 minutes from Tuttle Creek Lake, 6 minutes from the KSU sports complex, 5 minutes from NBAF, 10 minutes from downtown Manhattan, and only 12 minutes from Colbert Hills Golf Course. Guest access The entrance is located at the front of the building with a well-lit wide sidewalk and no stairs. The Red Room has an inner door that leads you to a laundry room that is shared with two other apartments. Your unique door code only works for the duration of your stay and codes are deleted at check out.
