Lilly Pilly Cottage

Lilly Pilly Cottage is a charming two bedroom home in Silkstone in Ipswich. It has all the modern amenities to make it a very comfortable stay, including reverse cycle air-conditioning and a full size dishwasher, along with all the appeal of a 1950s Queensland Cottage. Located in Silkstone it's handy to Ipswich's CBD, Warego and Cunningham Highway. It's only 15 minutes to Willowbank. The space Lilly Pilly Cottage has everything you need in a cute and compact package. This is not a large sprawling house, however it is on a nice large ~1000sqm block. There is a carport large enough to fit one car and there is room in the driveway for another car and plenty of parking on the street. In the lounge room, you can relax in front of the 55 inch smart TV on the sofa / chaise. Netflix, Disney and Prime are available. The kitchen has everything you need - Nespresso coffee maker, French Press, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Induction Cooktop and good sized fridge. Both bedrooms, the lounge and the kitchen have split system air-conditioning systems. In the laundry, there is a 8kg front loader washing machine with direct access to the clothes line outside. There are two toilets - one in the bathroom in the house and one in the laundry. There is no bathtub - just an easy to access shower along with vanity. From the laundry, you can access the backyard directly, where you can relax under the shade of the Grevillea's canopy, enjoy a BBQ or have fun in the level garden. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Other things to note Lilly Pilly cottage is typical of the area and it's time. There are four main rooms (two bedrooms + kitchen + lounge) along with a bathroom and a laundry. There are few easy steps to get onto the front porch and into the house, and a few steps down from the kitchen to the laundry. There are two very comfortable queen sized beds with 100% cotton bed linen. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. I have provided low allergen microfibre doonahs for winter and 100% cotton bedspreads for summer. There are additional blankets in the wardrobes.
