Easy access to M4 and M3. The space This is a beautiful listed property, the barn annex is a romantic open plan area it has character beams throughout with vaulted beamed ceilings. A private driveway for one car . Fully equipped high specification kitchen with dark grey units, and solid wood worktops . Range cooker etc. There is a mood lighting system plus a 75 inch TV with access to Netflix. Beautiful furnishings throughout. Galleried open plan area upstairs. Bathroom is open plan with bamboo screen for privacy whilst bathing. The loo is concealed by an enclosed wall inside the bathroom area to allow for privacy. Guest access The barn annex has its own entrance via a stable door to the side of the house. The owners live in the main house which the barn annex is attached to. There is parking space for one car. Two night minimum stay. Other things to note As this is a listed building , oak beams can be lower in certain areas. There is one beam in upper floor that you need to be mindful of , there are notices in the beam regarding this. This property is not suitable for infants or children as there is an open plan gallery area upstairs. No dogs / pets allowed due to owner having serious dog allergies. Two night stay minimum. First night complimentary logs and kindling provided.
