The two properties are rented separately. The rear exterior spaces are Not shared, and each yard is completely private. -There will be guests occupying both properties at the same times most times. Parking will need to be shared. 1 car may park in the driveway, others will need to be parked on the street - The Eli I does have one camera located at the front of the home in the form of a doorbell camera. There is a second doorbell camera at the front door of the attached unit next door. No other cameras are present on the property.
