A security deposit of €2,000 will be required upon key handover after an inventory. The house is rented only on a weekly basis during school holidays and the summer period. The rented premises are intended for family housing (festive gatherings are not accepted out of respect for our neighbors) and must be occupied by the Tenant. Subletting is prohibited. The Tenant undertakes to respect the rented premises and to return them in the same condition as when the keys were handed over (CLEANING DONE). Under no circumstances may the rented premises be used for a professional, commercial, artisanal or other activity. The premises are non-smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.
