Hahndorf Providence Cottage

Located 5 minutes from Hahndorf and Echunga this fully renovated dairy is the perfect combination of country charm and stylish comfort. Boasting a full sized kitchen with all of the mod cons, a huge bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, slow combustion fireplace, air con and laundry facilities fire pit, paved bbq area, private outdoor claw foot bath, private entrance and off street parking. Amazing complimentary breakfast with local produce, a bottle of wine. The space The property was an old dairy that has been lovingly renovated by us. We have two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Relax in the massage chair in the loungeroom and take in the serenity of the cottage. There is a private outdoor claw foot bath where you can sit under festoon lights and the stars with a glass of wine. Pets are more than welcome inside with treats and covers for the furniture supplied and a securely fenced yard for them to explore. We provide an incredible breakfast of local produce. I am able to accommodate dietry issues with breakfast. There is also a complimentary bottle of wine and complimentary Port to drink in front of the fire. There will be a warm loaf of bread cooking in the breadmaker on your arrival. Firewood is provided for all of our guests. We can also give you a lesson in Sabrage on request, this is the art of taking the top of a bottle of Hills bubbles with a sabre. The cottage is on 11 acres and we live on the property. You have complete privacy and a separate entrance. You can meet our resident alpaca Audrey along with Scooter the minature pony and the two babydoll sheep Popcorn and Bubbles. There is full kitchen with almost everything you can think of so you can cook up a storm. A gas Webber is at the cottage so you can have a barbecue under the beautiful old oak tree in the yard. We can provide a private chef on availability for those who want a romantic evening at home or gourmet platters on request. We have even had a few proposals and weddings here! We are surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the state and wonderful wineries. If you would like to do a private wine tour we can arrange that as well. Hahndorf is one of the most visited towns in Australia and is only a 5 minute drive from the cottage. We are only 30 minutes from the Cbd. Guest access The cottage has a private entrance with a fully fenced yard. There is a keypad to gain access to the key. We supply the code prior to check in. Other things to note Enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Select a personalised experience including a private chef or chef made pre prepared meals. A warm loaf of bread in the breadmaker will be cooking on your arrival. We can organise wine tour plus we can arrange day care for your dogwith us on our property.
