This small 20 m2 apartment, refurbished, very good location, is frankly ideal to enjoy a stay close to the sea, the Port of Barcarès (about 100 m) and all the amenities of the village within a 5-minute walk. It has sea views and access to the beach 150 m away. In winter, the 2nd most beautiful Christmas Market in France is 4 km away It is suitable for 2 adults + 2 children, but it is indeed a little tight for 4 adults Note: Linens are not provided The space This is a studio composed of a small cabin bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (brand new complete bedding), a hallway, a bathroom composed of a small shower (completely redone) with toilet, a living room and kitchenette (refurbished) with a brand new 140 BZ bed. A small balcony with a pleasant sea view completes this lovely little apartment. It faces east and enjoys the morning sun. The evening will be very pleasant because the warmth of the setting sun will be present but not exaggerated because it is east-facing. We have motorized the large roller shutter of the 3 m wide bay so that our guests do not struggle to raise and lower it. Finally, and to be able to refresh you in summer, we have added reversible air conditioning for the apartment and also, if necessary, a ceiling fan equipped with a remote control in the room. Linens are not provided (so you will need to provide sheets, pillowcases and towels. There's also a shared bicycle storage room at the Residence. We managed to book a small place for your bikes because the place is unfortunately always full.
