We offer a small double bedroom,living room, own bathroom, (See house layout) It’s a quiet area. (4ft 6ins double bed) for 2 people sharing. Owner occupied. Suited to those age 25 plus. There is a kitchenette available with tea /coffee, a microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, kettle and toaster for your use. It’s a 100 yr old modernised elevated cottage with steps in a row of cottages. Single level, quaint with small set rooms representing the time it was built (Tap photos for room sizes) The space LAYOUT Your parking space is opposite the cottage in a private lane. (One car only). (Not suitable for large vans or small buses)The gate entrance has 6 wide steps leading to the cottage. (See photos for accuracy) The entrance brings you into a narrow hallway to your bedroom and guest living room. Includes a smart tv and fire stick. (Netflex included) Next is the family sitting room leading to the kitchen. Further in, off the family kitchen is a designated bathroom. Also off the kitchen is the guest kitchenette. This leads straight into the sunroom / breakfast room. Guests who bring food usually have their breakfast here with views of Donegal mountains and the city. Guest access In order to facilitate a smooth check-in we are usually here for your arrival. If that’s not possible there is a lockbox for that event. We will send you the code the day before your arrival. During your stay We are available for questions by email or text before your visit. While in our home we usually see guests at times as we share some spaces. Other things to note Check in time is after 15hours and STRICTLY before 21.30 hours, unless otherwise arranged. Please pick up your keys within these times. Check out is 11 hours. Luggage can be left here before or after your stay. I don’t accept any bookings outside the Airbnb platform.
