We offer a (Small) double bedroom & living room in our family home. Both rooms private. 4ftx6ins double bed. (Own bathroom in a shared area) for a couple or 2 friends sharing. (Age 25 up) Its a 110 year old Irish modernised cottage. Quaint/quirky with SMALL set rooms representing the time it was built. 7 steps to entry. (Tap photos for room sizes) No cooking facilities but there is a kitchenette with Microwave Small air fryer Toaster Kettle Sandwich maker fridge Tea/coffee (not herbal) The space Free parking in a private lane. (One car space only) not suitable for large vans or small buses. Private entry is by a narrow hallway to your bedroom/guest living room. Two seater sofa in guest living room doesn't function as a bed. Not available for sleeping in. A space to relax, have tea/coffee, or place large luggage there. (Both rooms private with bath robes included in the bedroom) It has Internet, smart tv, and fire stick. (Netflex included) (Heat is on a timer). Next is the family living rooms/family kitchen. Off the kitchen is your own private bathroom. (Shower is electric/ instant hot water) (NO bath). Off the family kitchen/dining area is your kitchenette. You are welcome to have your food in the dining area. Attached to the kitchenette is the sunroom/breakfast room. Guests can bring food and have breakfast there, with views of Donegal mountains and the city. (Price £50 per night plus Airbnb fees of 15.5% & vat =£62.) Guest access In order to facilitate a smooth check-in we are usually here for your arrival. If that’s not possible there is a lockbox available. We will send you the code shortly before your arrival time. Early check-in is not possible to allow a full clean after guests leaving. During your stay We are available for questions by email or text before your visit. While in our home we usually see guests at times as we share some spaces. Other things to note Check in time is after 15 hours and before 21.30 hours, unless otherwise arranged. (Please pick up your keys within these times.) Check out is 11 hours. Luggage can be left here before or after your stay. I don’t accept any bookings outside the Airbnb platform.
