The space This smart home is located on the ground floor with its own private entrance for maximum privacy / comfort. You'll feel at home very quickly with my Airbnbs. As a digital nomad that loves design, I worked hard to make the home the best experience. I spent time in each of the homes to assure they get built to a high standard and come fully equipped. The home has just gone through a complete 4 month renovation which finished end of May 2022. Everything in the home is brand new from the bathroom / bedrooms / floors down to the dishes. I wanted each home to feel unique and have a great ambiance set to it, you will not be disappointed Guest access You have the full ground floor apartment to yourself for maximum privacy and comfort. Entire home for you, best part is that it's a ground floor flat with its own private entrance, so it makes it very easy to get in and out of the home with complete privacy. Other things to note Hot water tank was tripled in sized to assure hot water is never an issue, comes with working station w/ monitor for virtual workers, has central AC + Heat which is hard to come by, high end design and comes fully loaded so you can cook at home. :) The location of the home is hard to beat as its steps away from the famous turia park, metro/bus to get downtown or the beach quickly and lots of good places to eat / explore around the home.
