The space Spacious 3-Bedroom Home with Loft, Game Room, Deck & Private Hangar Access Welcome to our spacious and inviting home, perfect for family getaways or group retreats. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2–3 children. When you enter the home, you'll arrive on the main level, where you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a private dining room—perfect for enjoying meals together. Just off the kitchen is a bonus game and library room, which opens onto the back deck. Relax outdoors with comfortable seating, a BBQ grill, and sweeping views of the surrounding area. On the opposite side of the kitchen, stairs lead down to the cozy living room with a large TV, fireplace, and ample seating for the whole group. There’s also a single pull-out bed for additional sleeping space and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the scenic landscape. The home features three bedrooms: The master suite is located upstairs and offers 500 sq. ft. of space, a separate sitting area, a large walk-in shower, and access to an upper-level loft with a couch and desk. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs, each with comfortable beds, closet space, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You'll also enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer during your stay. The driveway offers ample off-street parking. Aviation Enthusiasts Welcome! This property is located near a private airport strip and includes access to a private hangar, available for guests arriving by plane. A crossover vehicle (seats 6) is also available for guest use if flying in. The airstrip is approximately 3,000 feet and can accommodate small aircraft flying in from within a 2-hour radius. The hangar may be rented together with the home or separately for short-term stays (1–3 months). Please reach out for availability and pricing. Important Guidelines for Hanger Rental: 1. Out of respect for neighbors, no loud vehicles (e.g., motorcycles or modified engines) are permitted. 2. Vehicles are not allowed on the runway unless previously authorized by the Airport Association. 3. Guests must carry their own insurance for storing vehicles in the hangar. Guest access Guests will be given a code to the keypad on the front door within 24 hours of arrival. Other things to note 1. Please contact us if you would like to fly in and use the hanger so that arrangements can be made. Additional fees may apply to booking. 2. There is a Mercedes Crossover F-350 which seats 6 for use if you fly into the property. There will be an additional charge of $60 a day and you have to use your own insurance for your stay. 3. The property has outside security cameras. They are there for the safety of our guests. They are not used inside the home or in any way that would invade guests' privacy during your stay. 4. The garage is not available for guest use during stays.
