Our unit also has a comfort room that is always left clean and will surely give you comfort. Come and have a homey stay! Guest access Guests can access our building's high end amenities such as our swimming pool only. Weekends facility use are exclusive for residents and if you are planning for family staycation wanting to use building facilities, please let us know and will arrange for you to be registered as resident for the duration of your stay. Other things to note 1. All Guests must send us a copy of 1 valid government ID prior to their date of arrival so we can complete their Guest Registration (due to our building's strict security policy, they do not allow entry to unregistered Guests). *For Guests who book on the same day as their arrival date, please send your ID before or by 4PM prior to the closure of the admin office. **For Guests wanting to use building facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc.) are required to be registered as resident. Please ask our staffs in advanced for guests registration form to allow use of building facilities. Kids aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult all the times. 2. Guests may be asked to show and leave a copy of their ID at reception upon entry. 3. Flexible early check-in or late check-out when possible. 4. Re-stocking of basic toiletries can be requested for an addition charge. 5. Fresh linens and towels can be requested for an additional charge. 6. Additional cleaning of unit during stay can be requested for an additional charge. 7. As much as we love you to have a fabulous stay, we cannot provide everything in our home but if you need anything, Uptown Mall, Landers, Mitsukosi Mall and other shops are just across the street.
