You have a private, well decorated/appointed apartment that was the lodging quarters for the US Army Signal Corps, operator of the Telegraph House back in 1905. Walk to the Sea life center, waterfront, retail shops, restaurants, coffee houses or the library/ museum steps away. Note 11% Bed/Sales Tax will be billed separately The space Hello! This space is unique as it has a lot of period details like you are walking in to 1905! The views are awesome and the home has a special feel. Guest access You have the entire upstairs apartment. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have off street parking in the back as well. Other things to note There is a separate unit downstairs, which was the original cable office. This house is set up like a duplex so you should not have to interact with other guests, except maybe in passing. Please keep noise down after 10:30 PM. Please, no smoking or vaping of any type within 50 feet of property. Marijuana use is absolutely prohibited anywhere on property as well. Thank you for understanding!
