Description
Spacious and light apartment right in the heart of the city. A quiet retreat in the historical center, where mostly everything you'll want to see is within walking distance and where the views are a plus. The space This 100sqm apartment is bathed with sunlight all day long with several windows in each room. Coming up the wooden staircase filled with the traditional blue tiles, the apartment's door leads directly into the spacious living room and its relaxing balcony. The views from the city are a plus, mostly when the sun rises or sets. On the right you'll find the fully equipped kitchen followed by the bathroom where, once again, the views and the privacy of the penthouse will make your day start in a fresh and reinvigorating way. No other windows in front of ours will keep you away from unwanted looks. On the left, both bedrooms with plenty of space to store your belongings and two comfortable double beds (200cm in length, 140cm wide). Two windows in each room make the spaces light and airy. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen and bathroom basics, like shampoo, shower gel, etc. We're are always willing to improve, so if you're missing something, even a slight touch or small comfort please let us know and we'll do our best to provide you with it. Guest access Guests have access to every room and all items inside the apartment. Other things to note 1. The major rule is concerning the Noise Law: in residential buildings, noise is forbidden between 9pm and 9am. 2. All issues, problems or malfunctions must be reported promptly, in order to be solved quickly. 3. In case anything should break or an accident occur, guests are expected to report all such eventualities to us directly, as soon as possible; 4. Respect the the agreed check-in and check-out times. The standard - 16h for the check-in and 11h for the check-out. Flexibility is the rule concerning the check-in and check-out, but last minute changes can be made due to alterations on the previous guests departure or next guests arrival. Having other guests leaving or arriving, the standard check-in time is from 16h on and the check-out is at 11h, being this always coordinated with you, allowing you to take the most out of your stay. *Delays on the scheduled check-in time may, unfortunately, lead to waiting time. Please, keep us posted so we can meet you at the best time. 5. May apply, upon request: Early check-ins (when possible) - €30 fee; Check-in until 13h (when possible) - €15; Late check-ins (16-21h) - €30; Late check-ins (21-2h) - €40; Late check-outs (when possible) - €10. 6. Since several beds are available, with reservations made for more than one person, please let us know in advance if separate beds will be required; 7. Prior to the arrival, some ID information to deliver to the municipality is request from each guest. We are now obliged, even more after what has been happening in Europe in recent years, to collect the following information: names, dates of birth and an ID number (passport, ID card or drivers license). You'll find all the information about this on www.sef.pt, and we can clarify any of your concerns. 8. When leaving, please warn us, in order to schedule the maintenance of the apartment. 9. Although cleaning is included, guests are expected, as guests, to leave the apartment in proper and mindful condition in order to facilate the preparation of the apartment for the next guests, with the used towels in the bath, garbage in closed bags, kitchenware washed and all furniture in the original place. * Please, don't waste food and other usable items left behind. Leave them in the kitchen and we'll make sure they'll be provided to those in need. We're proudly supporting the less fortunate in Lisboa. 10. Keys: please NEVER leave a key on the lock inside the apartment, as the apartment's door won't open. (€150 fee paid in cash to the locksmith charge) 11. For safety reasons, no strangers are allowed in the building's premises; 12. Extra fees, up to €50 to cover the disrespect for the above rules. 13.
