Our apartment is located in the hyper center of Rouen (specifically across from the city hall park), in close proximity to the city's best shops and restaurants, and a 10-minute walk from the famous Old Market Square. The space Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "TheTerracotta". Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent T2 type apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows: - A fitted kitchen of the "American" type open to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.); - A beautiful living room with a lounge/dining area, Smart TV (with your credentials you can connect to Netflix and Canal+); - Sleeping area: A beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) well soundproofed for peaceful nights; - Adjacent to the bedroom, you will find a superb bathroom with a bathtub. Separate toilet. The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being in a quiet environment. Provided for your convenience: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. If you wish, we can also provide you with a baby cot (bedding not provided), just let us know before your stay. NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, the private underground parking of the city hall is located 50m from the apartment (fee required). LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access When staying in our apartment, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note Your welcome is 100% personalized, and we remain available for any specific requests. 📅 Arrival and departure times: - Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM ⏳ Need flexibility? - Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge).
