The space Located in the heart of historic Nacogdoches. The updated bungalow, decorated with historic and artistic local photography, is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the town or visit SFA. Easy entry by key code with private parking for two cars. Spacious for up to 4 people. Fitted with comfortable queen sized beds and two full bathrooms. Fast internet and great media entertainment (Prime/Apple TV/Stereo w Record Player/Alexa). Large fenced back yard. You will be steps away from shopping, museums, trails and the brick streets of downtown, Fredonia Brewery, and more. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house minus one room that we use for our office when not rented. The backyard offers full access for guests during their stay. Easy access to both the Cottage Wine Bar and Fredonia Brewery through back gate. Other things to note Age Requirements; NO Third-Party Reservations: You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. No individual or entity is allowed to book or reserve this property on behalf of someone who is under the age of 25. Additionally, no individual is allowed to book or reserve this property for any other individual if that individual it’s not physically staying at the property. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. Comfort: If you require COLD COLD comfort during hot Texas days where temps reach close to or above 100° please consider booking elsewhere. Our older home and HVAC unit can keep the space comfortable but not cold. Thus if you require below 75° when it is 100 outside it is not gong to happen. Home age: Our home is over 80 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside. Weather and Other Unforeseen Events: Hosts shall not be held responsible or liable for any inconvenience is arising from inclement weather or from any defects or stoppages in supply of water, gas, electricity, plumbing, or other utilities serving the premises.
