If found, the guests may have to bear the cost of damage during the checkout. Other Host Rules: -Smoking not allowed indoors. (no cigarette no pot no hookah) -Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. - Do not decorate the room or stick anything on the wall. You will be penalised if found doing so. -Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. -No pets allowed inside. -Please do not bring strangers into our home. -Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Keep it as clean as your own house. -Do not have your food on the bed. Any stains or damage to the bed sheets and mattress will attract fine and penalties. -You will have access to OTT APP in the television. Please do not change any setting in the TV nor in the APP. Tata Play Binge will give you an access to 34+ OTT services including SonyLiv, Hotstar, Prime Video, Apple TV, Zee5 etc. - The room also has a tower speaker which is quiet loud. It’s meant for you to enjoy your favourite music but be mindful of not disturbing anyone in the premise, including guests in the nearby rooms. - You can enjoy a private multi-seater jacuzzi in the room. To ensure safe and enjoyable use of our Jacuzzi facilities, please adhere to the following guidelines: *General Rules* 1. The Jacuzzi is available for registered guests only. 2. Guests must be 18 years or older to use the Jacuzzi. 3. Children between 12-17 years can use the Jacuzzi under adult supervision. 4. Children under 12 years are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi. *Safety Precautions* 1. Guests with medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, high blood pressure) should consult their doctor before using the Jacuzzi. 2. Pregnant women and guests with mobility issues should exercise caution. 3. No glassware or breakable items allowed in the Jacuzzi area. 4. No smoking or vaping permitted. *Hygiene and Cleanliness* 1. Shower before using the Jacuzzi. 2. No strong perfumes, oils, or lotions. No flowers or petals to be used in the tub. 3. No food or drink allowed in the Jacuzzi. 4. Water Quality in the village: We want to take a moment to explain the water quality at The Barefoot Homestays. Our water supply comes from a local panchayat well and borewell, which is a natural source of water. While we take great care to ensure the water is safe and clean, it may appear slightly muggy or cloudy due to its natural sediment content. The summer weather is also known to increases the ferrous levels in the ground water leading a color change. It does happen sometimes Please be assured that the water is regularly tested and meets all safety standards. The murkiness is simply a result of the water's natural composition and does not affect its quality or taste. We understand that this may be different from what you're used to, and we want to reassure you that we're committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment for your stay. The host is not responsible for the quality of water supplied in the village. *Usage Guidelines* 1. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults or 2 person 2. Jacuzzi operating hours: 30 minutes 3. Sessions limited to 30 minutes and not more than once a day to promote sustainable practices as each session consumes more than 350 litres of water. *Additional Policies* 1. No loud noise or disruptions. 2. No photography or videography without management consent. 3. Report any damage or issues to management immediately. 4. Restaurant Operations The restaurant is not operated by the host and it’s a facility provided by the facilities management firm. As hosts, we have no say or control over the price and quality of food served. Any dispute about the same has to be taken up by the restaurant operator. Also, prices mentioned in the menu are subject to change based on the restaurant operator. Food can also be ordered from external restaurant by the name Bombay Baithak Emergency Healthcare: In the event of a medical emergency during your stay, please note that the nearest healthcare facilities equipped for urgent care are located approximately 10 km away in Kashele.
