Charming Craftsman - Queen Bdrm w Private Bathroom

This charming home is surrounded by farms and vineyards near the center of Oregon’s wine country, located in Yamhill County, less than a half mile to Carlton. The host lives on site and tends her 2 acres and mini-vineyard. The modern, updated kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. New, ducted, central heat and AC and many cozy places to sit to enjoy the views. This is one of two upstairs bedrooms that have queen-size beds and full, private bathrooms with walk-in tile showers. The space This home has 3 Airbnb bedrooms that are individually rented out. They may all be rented to accommodate 6-7 people. This is one of two that are located up some hardwood stairs (so not suitable for young toddlers or elderly who have issues with stairs). The downstairs bedroom has a new Mlily memory-foam, full-size mattress and a small smart TV. A children’s play/toy room with a regular twin bed (available by messaging the host) is upstairs. The stairwell separates the 2 queen bedrooms. They each have a Smart TV, dresser, private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. This East facing bedroom has a desk with office chair, a larger dresser, TV, full private bathroom with walk-in shower, and view of the morning sunrise. The slightly larger West facing bedroom has a vanity with mirror and stool, a smaller dresser, TV with Blu-ray player, mini-fridge, full private bathroom with walk-in shower and sunset views. Guest access There’s an enclosed porch on the south side of the house, called the sunroom that is great for reading or private sitting. All rooms (except others’ bedrooms), deck and porch are available for your use. All kitchen equipment, utensils, dinnerware, towels, soaps, etc. are for your use. During your stay The host is available for questions and help in person (sleeps downstairs), by text, or phone call at all times. Other things to note Main Street, in front of the house, has some commuting traffic in the morning, which can start around 6:00 am. The speed limit is 35 changing to 45 mph in front. In the summer, farmers start work early, too. (Sunday morning is the quietest, though.) If cars and trucks driving by is an issue for you, my place might not be the right fit for you.
