The space Small and cozy apartment – renovated in 2022 The apartment consists of a bedroom/living room of approx. 19 sqm, a bathroom of 5.5 sqm, as well as a private hallway and entrance. There is a comfortable double bed (150x200) and a sofa bed (130x191). Best suited for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4. You get your own bathroom with shower, toilet and towels. Amenities: • Smart TV (55") without TV channels • Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tableware, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker • Workplace, ironing board, iron, washing machine • New kitchenette (2024) – no possibility for cooking/grilling, but nice for simple meals • Free coffee and tea throughout the stay The apartment works more like a hotel room than a full apartment, and is perfect for short-term rentals – for example, when traveling, vacationing, taking courses or work assignments.
