The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden. The space The apartment is located in a 200 year old farmhouse. The wooden floors and the rustic ambience were retained. The house is in the center of the town, in a small rural town and near the church. Nevertheless, it is quiet at night and you can be in nature within 2 minutes. The rooms do not have roller shutters, but the living room/bedroom has a blackout roller blind on each window. The double bed is 160/200 cm large and has mattresses with hardness level 3. Children's travel cot on request, maximum 1 baby. TV with 40 inches and USB connection. Modern kitchen with large fridge and freezer. Barrier-free: the rooms have thresholds between the rooms and two steps in front of the front door. If you arrive late, keys can be handed over using a key box. Our seat in front of the house can be used by arrangement. There is no supermarket in town, so you should stock up on groceries before you arrive. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge the car at our wallbox for a fee. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden, so you can`t bring your own animals.
