The vacation home on Brambrüesch, the local recreation area above Chur, offers natural relaxation at 1500 meters above sea level with the most beautiful views of the Grisons mountains. The house with a large balcony and seating area is located on a property of over 700 square meters. Access to the house is guaranteed all year round. Brambrüesch is the ideal base for hiking or biking in summer or snow sports in the family-friendly ski resort in winter. Lenzerheide can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. The space The house has two floors. On the upper floor is the cozy living room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bay window. On the lower floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a youth room with a pull-out sofa bed and a foosball table for fun game nights. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms in the house, except the pantry.
